The ground floor has a HUGE mud room to store all of your skiing, camping and hiking equipment. Conveniently located next to the mud room is the brand new washer and dryer. One of the 1st floor full bathrooms is located Next to the mud room so you can come in from a hard day of skiing, kick off all you clothes, throw them in the dryer and head to the huge living room with the wood burning stone fireplace. The living room has cathedral ceilings with a huge skylight.
The eat-in kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, full set of matching dishes and glasses (we also have the non breakable for the children). There is a huge dining room 30 ft long by 14 ft wide with full glass windows allowing for some amazing views of the landscaped backyard and the mountain. Bring your own laptop and have access to the Internet (please email with any question? i.e. connection speeds and how to get it started). This is the perfect house for entertaining, large family reunions, or just a getaway ski vacation, or a shopping weekend. There are 10+ acres of land to explore with an open field, or paths down the old logging trail. Don't forget about the beautiful Saco River with over 800 ft of frontage to swim down, tube, raft or canoe.
If that isn't enough, right down the road is Echo Lake which has amazing views of Catherdral Ledge, and White Horse Ledge. These are some of the hardest rock climbing in the state of New Hampshire. If that is too intimidating there are tons of walking and biking trails up to the top of either ledge. Situated just about 1/2 mile from the Village of North Conway and only a few minutes drive to Mount Cranmore. This large home is convenient for all north country activities: skiing (Attitash / Bear Peak Wildcat) is about 10 - 15 minutes away. If you would like to ski other mountains it takes about 45 to 60 min to get to Loon, and Waterville Valley over in the Plymouth area.
